Follow this method and make Single name account on face book
Step 1 : Open "Mozilla Firefox" browser, log in your face book account and
go to "Setting".

Step 2 : Go to "General Account Setting" and change language to "Bahasa Indonesia".
Step 3 : Chick "Save Changes" .
Step 4 : Go to Mozilla "Option" , click "Advanced", chose "Network"
Step 5 : Click on "Setting" .
Step 6 : Another box will open. Use proxy settings id selected change it to manual proxy .
Step 7 : Go to any of below links, and change proxy

(or)
http://www.hidemyass.com/proxy-list/
Step 8 : Click on "OK" and go back face book your last name delete. Click "Save Changes" .
